Selon l'ANVISA RDC 306/04 et la r solution CONAMA 358/2005, tous les services li s aux soins de sant humaine ou animale, y compris les services de soins domicile et le travail sur le terrain, sont d finis comme g n rant des d chets de services de sant (DSS). L' tude analyse la gestion des d chets dans une institution philanthropique situ e dans la ville d'Adamantina - SP, qui a une capacit d'hospitalisation de 120 lits. L'objectif de la recherche tait de quantifier et de classer les d chets g n r s dans l' tablissement de sant . La m thodologie est bas e sur une analyse quantitative, avec la collaboration du service d'hygi ne et d'esth tique (SHE) de l' tablissement. Les d chets ont pu tre quantifi s en litres par jour et class s conform ment l'annexe I de la r solution ANVISA RDC 306/2004 et l'annexe I de la r solution CONAMA 358/2005, et les auteurs ont observ des irr gularit s dans la gestion (s gr gation et conditionnement, collecte et transport interne, stockage et collecte externe) des d chets par les professionnels.

Secondo la RDC 306/04 dell'ANVISA e la risoluzione 358/2005 del CONAMA, tutti i servizi relativi all'assistenza sanitaria umana o animale, compresi i servizi di assistenza domiciliare e il lavoro sul campo, sono definiti come generatori di rifiuti del servizio sanitario (HSW). La ricerca analizza la gestione dei rifiuti in un istituto filantropico situato nella citt di Adamantina - SP, che ha una capacit di ricovero di 120 posti letto. L'obiettivo della ricerca stato quello di quantificare e classificare i rifiuti generati nella struttura sanitaria. La metodologia si basa sull'analisi quantitativa, con la collaborazione del Servizio di Igiene ed Estetica (SHE) dell'istituto. stato possibile quantificare i rifiuti in litri al giorno e classificarli secondo l'Appendice I della Risoluzione ANVISA RDC 306/2004 e l'Allegato I della Risoluzione CONAMA 358/2005, e gli autori hanno osservato irregolarit nella gestione (segregazione e imballaggio, raccolta e trasporto interni, stoccaggio e raccolta esterna) dei rifiuti da parte dei professionisti.

According to ANVISA RDC 306/04 and CONAMA Resolution 358/2005, all services related to human or animal health care, including home care services and field work, are defined as generating Health Service Waste (HSW). The research analyses waste management in a philanthropic institution located in the city of Adamantina - SP, which has a hospitalisation capacity of 120 beds. The aim of the research was to quantify and classify the waste generated in the healthcare establishment. The methodology is based on quantitative analysis, with the collaboration of the institution's Hygiene and Aesthetics Service (SHE). It was possible to quantify the waste in litres per day and classify it in accordance with Appendix I of ANVISA Resolution RDC 306/2004 and Annex I of CONAMA Resolution 358/2005, and the authors observed irregularities in the management (segregation and packaging, internal collection and transport, storage and external collection) of the waste by the professionals.

Gem ANVISA RDC 306/04 und CONAMA-Resolution 358/2005 werden alle Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Gesundheitspflege von Mensch und Tier, einschlie lich h uslicher Pflege und Au endienst, als Abf lle aus dem Gesundheitswesen definiert.
