This is a short but in-depth study in the book of TitusAs believers, we've been called to live a godly life. We've been called to be set apart, consecrated, sacred and sanctified. Paul wrote this letter between his first and second imprisonment in Rome to guide Titus in working with churches on the island of Crete. Paul had left Titus in Crete to oversee and organize the churches because the island needed strong leadership. Titus was a Greek believer. He was taught and mentored by Paul. Paul loved Titus like his own son and wanted to see Titus succeed in his ministry. Paul developed Titus by giving him specific instructions in the form of discipleship. Paul gave Titus the requirements and instructions to discern and appoint elders in the churches. Titus was instructed to promote righteous living in the churches and to do what is right in the communities.

In order for us to truly understand how we were created, I believe we should study the book of Genesis. In this study we'll be learning about the history of creation, Adam and Eve, the garden of Eden, Cain and Abel, Descendants of Adam, the great flood, Noah and Descendants, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and many more. We pray that this study blesses and empowers you. The word of God is equipping and encouraging, so be sure to share this with others in a small group as well. As it implies, Genesis is the book of beginnings. It starts with the creation of the world and every living creature in it. It records the first marriage, the first sin, the first consequences of sin, and the first reference to God's future plan to redeem humanity. This is an in-depth 8 week study with 2 parts.

The book of James is one of the shorter books in the Bible, but the insight and wisdom will leave you feeling refreshed and more enlightened about faith. The book of James emphasizes on faith in action. Faith is more than a word, but an action and call to live out our Christian faith by righteous living. We are called to serve with compassion, love for one another, speak lovingly, and honestly, and to live in obedience to God's commandments. We are called to bring Heaven to earth by teaching and bringing more people to Christ. If we claim to love God and believe the Word of God, we ought to live a Holy and consecrated life for God.
