Os resultados indicaram que a idade e o g nero n o tiveram um impacto significativo na satisfa o, ao passo que a variedade de compet ncias, a import ncia das tarefas, o feedback e a autonomia tiveram. O estudo sugere que as pr ticas de RH devem evitar preconceitos em rela o ao g nero e idade, salientando a import ncia de utilizar as compet ncias dos trabalhadores, oferecer tarefas interessantes, fornecer feedback claro e garantir a autonomia no local de trabalho.
