En vue d' tudier les d tails du syst me de fuite de gaz industriel, il est propos d'entreprendre un travail de recherche sur le d veloppement d'un syst me embarqu bas sur un microcontr leur PIC pour la surveillance, la d tection et le contr le des fuites de gaz industriel. La partie mat rielle du projet est con ue pour r aliser le syst me embarqu . Par cons quent, le logiciel requis est galement d velopp avec le compilateur micro C pro. Le mat riel et le logiciel n cessaires ce projet sont donc d velopp s dans notre laboratoire. Ce syst me est particuli rement adapt la d tection et au contr le des fuites de sulfure d'hydrog ne. Le sulfure d'hydrog ne est une substance corrosive et le principal effet toxique. Par exemple, si vous renversez une bouteille de H2S concentr sur le sol, vous sentirez une forte odeur de H2S. Si vous tiez expos des niveaux tr s lev s de H2S, vous ressentiriez des effets plus nocifs. Le H2S est utilis grande chelle et en grande quantit diverses fins. Plus de 80 % du H2S produit est utilis des fins agricoles; moins de 2 % est utilis pour la r frig ration. Cependant, la surveillance et la d tection des fuites d'une telle concentration de gaz H2S sont n cessaires et r alis es l'aide d'un syst me con u autour d'un microcontr leur intelligent.

Nell'ottica di approfondire i dettagli del sistema di perdite di gas industriali, si propone di intraprendere un lavoro di ricerca sullo sviluppo di un sistema embedded basato su microcontrollore PIC per il monitoraggio, il rilevamento e il controllo delle perdite di gas industriali. La parte hardware del progetto stata progettata per realizzare il sistema embedded. Per questo motivo, necessario che anche il software sia sviluppato con il compilatore micro C pro. Pertanto, l'hardware e il software necessari per questo progetto sono stati sviluppati nel nostro laboratorio. Il sistema viene dimostrato in particolare per il rilevamento e il controllo delle perdite di gas solfuro di idrogeno. L'idrogeno solforato una sostanza corrosiva e dai principali effetti tossici. Ad esempio, se si rovescia una bottiglia di H2S concentrato sul pavimento, si sente un forte odore di H2S. Se si fosse esposti a livelli molto elevati di H2S, si avrebbero effetti pi dannosi. L'H2S ampiamente utilizzato e in grandi quantit per una variet di scopi. Oltre l'80% dell'H2S prodotto viene utilizzato per scopi agricoli; meno del 2% viene utilizzato per la refrigerazione. Im Hinblick auf die Untersuchung der Details ber industrielle Gasleckagen wird vorgeschlagen, die Forschungsarbeit zur Entwicklung eines PIC-Mikrocontroller-basierten eingebetteten Systems zur berwachung, Erkennung und Steuerung von industriellen Gasleckagen durchzuf hren. Der Hardware-Teil des Projekts ist darauf ausgelegt, ein eingebettetes System zu realisieren. Daher wird auch die erforderliche Software in Micro C Pro Compiler entwickelt. Die f r dieses Projekt ben tigte Hardware und Software wird in unserem Labor entwickelt. Hier wird das System vor allem zur Erkennung und Kontrolle von Schwefelwasserstoffleckagen demonstriert. Schwefelwasserstoff ist eine tzende Substanz und die wichtigste toxische Wirkung. Wenn man zum Beispiel eine Flasche mit konzentriertem H2S auf dem Boden versch ttet, w rde man einen starken H2S-Geruch wahrnehmen. Wenn Sie einer sehr hohen H2S-Konzentration ausgesetzt w ren, w rden Sie weitere sch dliche Wirkungen erfahren. H2S wird weit verbreitet und in gro en Mengen f r eine Vielzahl von Zwecken verwendet. Mehr als 80 % der H2S-Produktion wird f r landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendet; weniger als 2 % werden f r die K hlung eingesetzt. Die berwachung und Erkennung von Leckagen einer so gro en Menge an H2S-Gaskonzentration ist jedoch notwendig und wird mit einem System durchgef hrt, das um einen intelligenten Mikrocontroller herum entwickelt wurde.

With the view to investigate the details about industrial gas leakages system, it is proposed to undertake the research work of development about PIC microcontroller based embedded system for Monitoring, detection and to control the industrial gas leakage. The hardware part of the project is designed to realize embedded system. Therefore, this requires software is also developed in micro C pro compiler. Thus the hardware and software required for this project is developed in our laboratory. Here system is demonstrated particularly hydrogen sulfide gas leakage detection and control. Hydrogen sulfide is a corrosive substance and the main toxic effects. For example if you spilled a bottle of concentrated H2S on the floor, you would smell a strong H2S odor. If you were exposed to very high levels of H2S, you would experience more harmful effects. H2S is used widely and in large quantity for a variety of purposes. More than 80% H2S are produced is used for agricultural purposes; less than 2% used for Refrigeration. However, monitoring and leakage detection of such large amount of H2S gas concentration is necessary and carried out using designed system around smart micro controller.

Now a day, the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a revolutionary field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. WSN is a network of devices, called Sensor Nodes (Motes), which sense the physical status of the area and communicate the information collaboratively through wireless link. According to architecture, it is a network of finite number of sensor motes, wirelessly routed to each other and to the base station. Emphasizing the standards of IEEE 1451 and IEEE 802.15.4 the hardware of the Mote is designed. Present Mote comprises an array of five sensors, which physically interact with the environment. The values of the parameters, in real units, are also displayed on the smart LCD and transmitted towered base station. The smart Graphical User Interface (GUI) is designed on PC which is integrated with coordinator mote. The data stored in real time is made available for processing, presentation and deterministic management. The Wireless Sensor Network is designed successfully deployed for on-line monitoring of the environmental parameters with great reliability and preciseness.
