Anger is a natural emotion. Anger may include displeasure, irritation or dislike. When we react to frustration, criticism or a threat we become angry. Anger increases heart rate, blood pressure and other diseases. The external expression of anger can be found in facial expressions, body language physiological responses and at times in public acts of aggression. But the anger internally affects the body, damages nervous, make body discomforts, decrease efficiency, and creates many other problems.

Re-engineering of Human Resources is an important business process of an organization. Human Resources function implements new policies regarding selection, appointment and training of staff in such a manner that the performance appraisal of the staff will reach to an optimum level. Re-engineering is a fundamental re-thinking and radical redesigning of business process to achieve dynamic improvement in cost, quality, price etc.

Fishery is now a popular business in different parts of the district where not only fishermen but also people belonging to different castes, creeds and colours are also engaged. However, in the coastal belt 'Noliyas' are the dominating community who are taking keen interest in marine fishing. It is not out of place to mention that an exhaustive study of fishing industry is found in the country as a whole. The historical development of the trade in Ganjam district is also traced and analysed. It also studies how the liberalized policy of the government in the banking sector has affected people for developing a favourable attitude. In 22 blocks and one Notified Area Council Gopalpur it is found that fishing has become one of the means of livelihood, though it causes a lot of hardship to them. Interestingly, marine fishing, now a very popular business deposit difficulties on the part of those engaged in this trade has invited the attention of the investigator to make a detailed study and analyse the related data with regard to it. The part played by different commercial banks such as State Bank of India, Andhra Bank, Punjab National Bank, UCO Bank etc. has been exhaustively dealt with numerically.

Stress is considered as a feeling of emotional or physical tension when faced with different situations. Stress is emotional physiological and psychological effects caused by internal or external mental pressure. Employers should provide a stress-free work environment, recognize where stress is becoming a problem for staff and steps should be taken to reduce stress. It reduces productivity, increases management pressures and makes the staff ill in many ways. It affects the performance of brain like reduces memory and work concentration.
