Este livro descreve o desenvolvimento de comp sitos polim ricos com percentagens de peso vari veis de part culas CSP/WSP (1:1) e resina epox dica como material de matriz, fabricadas utilizando uma t cnica de coloca o manual resultando em seis exemplares. Foram investigadas propriedades f sicas tais como densidade, teor de humidade, e estabilidade dimensional, indicando a melhor estabilidade dimensional dos comp sitos ep xicos refor ados CSP/WSP (1:1) com 2,5 wt.% de part culas. O comportamento de inflamabilidade, propriedades de flex o e caracter sticas de impacto dos comp sitos foram tamb m estudados utilizando software estat stico e ANOVA para identificar par metros dominantes. Os resultados mostraram que a carga e a velocidade de enchimento tiveram um efeito ascendente sobre as propriedades de flex o. Verificou-se que os comp sitos tinham propriedades f sicas e mec nicas promissoras, indicando o seu potencial para v rias aplica es de engenharia. A adi o de CSP e WSP como part culas refor adas para contribuir para o desenvolvimento de uma nova classe de comp sitos base de ep xi. Les propri t s physiques telles que la densit , la teneur en humidit et la stabilit dimensionnelle ont t tudi es, indiquant une meilleure stabilit dimensionnelle des composites poxy renforc s de CSP/WSP (1:1) avec 2,5 % en poids de particules. Le comportement d'inflammabilit , les propri t s de flexion et les caract ristiques d'impact des composites ont galement t tudi s l'aide d'un logiciel statistique et de l'ANOVA afin d'identifier les param tres dominants. Les r sultats ont montr que la charge de remplissage et la vitesse avaient un effet croissant sur les propri t s de flexion. Les composites se sont av r s avoir des propri t s physiques et m caniques prometteuses, indiquant leur potentiel pour diverses applications d'ing nierie. L'ajout de CSP et de WSP en tant que particules renforc es contribue au d veloppement d'une nouvelle classe de composites base d' poxy. In diesem Buch wird die Entwicklung von Polymerverbundwerkstoffen mit unterschiedlichen Gewichtsanteilen von CSP/WSP (1:1)-Partikeln und Epoxidharz als Matrixmaterial beschrieben, die im Handauflegeverfahren hergestellt wurden. Physikalische Eigenschaften wie Dichte, Feuchtigkeitsgehalt und Dimensionsstabilit t wurden untersucht, was auf eine verbesserte Dimensionsstabilit t der mit CSP/WSP (1:1) verst rkten Epoxidharz-Verbundwerkstoffe mit 2,5 Gew.-% Partikeln hinweist. Das Entflammbarkeitsverhalten, die Biegeeigenschaften und die Schlagz higkeitseigenschaften der Verbundwerkstoffe wurden ebenfalls mit statistischer Software und ANOVA untersucht, um dominierende Parameter zu identifizieren. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die F llstoffmenge und die Geschwindigkeit eine ansteigende Wirkung auf die Biegeeigenschaften hatten. Die Verbundwerkstoffe wiesen vielversprechende physikalische und mechanische Eigenschaften auf, was auf ihr Potenzial f r verschiedene technische Anwendungen hinweist. Die Zugabe von CSP und WSP als verst rkte Partikel tr gt zur Entwicklung einer neuen Klasse von Verbundwerkstoffen auf Epoxidbasis bei. Dieses Buch unterstreicht die Bedeutung der Auswahl geeigneter Materialien f r die Matrix, die Verst rkung und die Partikel sowie die Untersuchung der physikalischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften f r die Entwicklung neuer Verbundwerkstoffe.
This book describes the development of polymer composites with varying weight percentages of CSP/WSP (1:1) particulates and epoxy resin as the matrix material, fabricated using a hand lay-up technique resulting in six specimens. Physical properties such as density, moisture content, and dimensional stability were investigated, indicating the improved dimensional stability of CSP/WSP (1:1) reinforced epoxy composites with 2.5 wt.% particulates. The flammability behavior, flexural properties, and impact characteristics of the composites were also studied using statistical software and ANOVA to identify dominating parameters. Results showed that filler load and speed had an ascending effect on flexural properties. The composites were found to have promising physical and mechanical properties, indicating their potential for various engineering applications. The addition of CSP and WSP as reinforced particles to contribute the development of a new class of epoxy-based composites. This book highlights the importance of selecting suitable materials for matrix, reinforcement, and particulate and investigating physical and mechanical properties for the development of new composite.

Research work on Micro-propagation techniques of Kinnow mandarin was carried out at the TCL, SKRAU, Bikaner. Several aspects such as establishment of axenic culture, axillary bud proliferation, rooting in micro-shoots and in-vitro shoot tip grafting formed various parts of the entire investigation. The mercuric chloride (0.1 %) is the best treatment for establishment of aseptic culture. Among auxin used singly for shoot regeneration parameters lower levels of NAA were found better than IAA. Among cytokinin, BAP was found better for shoot multiplication whereas, kinetin was better for length of shoots. The higher level of cytokinins had negative effect on all parameters. The combination of cytokinins with auxin had better synergetic effect. Lower levels NAA and IBA were found better as compared to higher levels. The synergetic effect of both had pronounced effect. In in-vitro shoot tip grafting experiments, kinnow/Carrizo (12 days old) seedling was found better rootstock than others. Among PGRs 2,4-D was better as pre treatment for increasing success of STG. In green house, maximum survival of plantlets was recorded in Rough lemon and STG on carrizo.
