Welche humanorientierten, relevanten Felder sind die zu optimierenden Gestaltungselemente einer Organisation? In einer umfassenden Bestandsaufnahme von 54 organisationstheoretischen Ansatzen unter besonderer Betrachtung der Arbeitsstrukturierung, der Organisationsentwicklung und der lernenden Organisation werden die zentralen Faktoren der Organisationszufriedenheit definiert. Der Nachweis dieser Faktoren erfolgte im Rahmen der Entwicklung eines Konzepts schriftlicher Mitarbeiterbefragung. Dieses Instrument wurde in 22 Befragungen in Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen, Struktur und Groesse erprobt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass vor allem die Faktoren Zusammenarbeit, Unternehmenskultur und Arbeitsplatz die Organisationszufriedenheit erklaren. Auf diese Weise wird ein Orientierungswissen fur die Management-Praxis bereitgestellt.
