The civilization reaches a level of perfection where it has the technology to feed into the matrix of ultimate reality or universal consciousness. The civilization then disappears only to start a fresh. The aim of human existence is to understand the ultimate reality and can be called as civilizational and individual 'moksha'. When a high-tech civilization reaches the ultimate, it becomes a digital or quantal or EMF correlate civilization and becomes physically extinct at any moksha and becoming a dark forest civilization. The human brain and the stellar brain are quantal computers structured on conscious quantal fields. The conscious quantal fields lying in quantal superpositions in the multiverse are symmetric and the asymmetric collapse after reaching the one graviton criteria occurs due to dysfunctions of the cosmic and neural brain magnetoperceptive networks. The normal state of universal reality is the conscious symmetric quantal fields. The classical asymmetric part of the quantoclassical state is a dysfunction and an aberration.

The fundamental force in the universe is consciousness and the universe is basically an information universe. Consciousness arises at the level of conscious quantal fields and quantum gravity made up of strings structure universal consciousness. The stellar systems as seen as classical states arising out of dysfunction of the conscious quantal field structured quantum gravity mediated quantum computing networks of the brain. The black hole-white hole transition zones and dense quantum gravity structuring consciousness radiates gravitational and anti-gravitational fields from the event horizon with accompanied photic bursts with memory traces of the previous universes. The black hole-white hole transition zones structured in quantum gravity can give rise to multiverses by the big bang & crunch back into itself by the big crunch. Quantum gravity mediates consciousness & it can be repulsive or attractive. The black hole leads on to a white hole and all the information goes through a worm hole to create a universe of anti-matter. Black holes can suck up the whole universe. Black holes can merge with each other to create big black holes which then start radiating gravitational fields & photic burst from the event horizon to create further universes. Thus the macrosm of the universe can be born, grow, age & die like the human microsm.

The memory and metabolic templates of the human brain and the stellar brain exist as quantal superpositions straddling the multiverse. By the phenomena of quantal Darwinism, one of the robust and fit memory and metabolic templates quantal superpositions is selected and reaches one gravity criteria by interaction with the environment and proliferate in one universe. The other quantal superpositions of the memory templates of the human and stellar brain are selected by quantal Darwinism and the robust template reaches one graviton criteria by interacting with the environment in each universe and proliferates there and populates that universe. The breaking of symmetry is the bridge underlying the common quantoclassical state occurs due to interaction with the environment resulting in functional cosmic web neural network dysfunctions involving the stellar brain and human brain quantal computers. This includes magnetoperceptive quantal disorders producing stellar and human psychosis. Tic disorders like la Tourette's can lead to vocal and motor tics evolving into language of the humans and the universe.

The robust and fit and differing superpositioning quantal mental informational template is selected by quantal Darwinism and reaches one graviton criteria by interaction with the environment and proliferates in a particular universe. This constitutes the quantoclassical monotheistic nature of the universe.
