This is the first children's book of a series that always include one or more Irish Wolfhounds. Most are about true life wildlife rescues but narrated by the animal rescued. Some are fairy tales. This first book is about a baby bird rescued by an Irish Wolfhound and how her journey to survival and happiness unfolded.

This is about how my Irish Wolfhound saved an orphaned red winged blackbird. The story is narrated by the baby bird from her perspective. I have at least 20 more children's books in mind, all including Irish Wolfhounds. Many are fiction, many are taken from real wildlife rescues.
