A collection of poetry. Pass or Fail I'm coloring outside all of the linesRefusing to stay within society's confinesThey always believe that they know bestI believe they are much too suppressedThey want us all to fit into a tightly sealed packetBut I'm kicking up the dust and making racketI'm zigging when zagging was expected and requiredI'm disapproving when it's supposed to be admiredI'm diving into confusion because it needs sorting outWhen everyone else is whispering, I'm releasing a shoutWho set up these stupid rules that we so blindly followThey make no sense and are such a bitter pill to swallowSo why do you grab your crayons and join me in my questTo color outside of every line in this world's pass or fail test
Our Writers' Helms Fantasy meets horror and horror meets romanceOne word added to another in a slow, unending danceThere are days we love this gift and others we curse our fateA writer's world is plagued with vacillating between love and hateOur characters continue with their ceaseless chatter in our headsEnjoying the power they have to keep us tossing and turning in our bedsBut for some reason we never walk away from creating these new realmsWe keep our pens poised and with grim resolve steer our writers' helms
A collection of poetry Success's Sweet Perfume In my field of dreams and optimistic plansI have planted what-ifs, reveries and I-cansI watered them with my blood, sweat and tearsAnd tilled each row with the jagged edge of my fearsUntil one day I stood back and watched them bloomAnd smelled the scent of success's sweet perfume
A Wishful Heart is a collection of poetryInto Flames and AshA kind heart filled with words painted them onto a pageTurning each one into an artwork free from hate and rageEach one of his words were created out of love, hope, joy and trustA stunning masterpiece that remained long after the author's dust to dustBut someone read the poet's words and despised his wonderful creationNot understanding that their meaning could connect our divided civilizationSo the beautiful pages of rhyme were tossed away like useless trashA moment of outrage turning a heart full of inspiration into flames and ash

She's fortunate to escape the rape attempt but now suffers from terrifying nightmares, although she's too ashamed to tell anyone. Her family suspect something and enlist Bill, an old friend of hers she's not seen for a number of years, to try to find out what's wrong. Under the pretext of a white-lie, he invites her out to his farm, where she will have to be careful she doesn't reveal that her attacker is still in contact and threatening to finish what he started. This isn't her biggest secret, though. Bill must never learn that she's loved him since high school. Bill has two weeks to find out what is frightening Emily, but must also be careful she doesn't discover how much he loves her. The moment Bill and Emily meet again there is no denying the love they have for each other, but unfortunately, outside events soon come between them. They will to have to fight for each other if true love is going to conquer all, and finally allow them to learn what their hearts already know.
That Girl Every now and then I flash back to a simpler timeWhere pain was a stumped toe from a failed climbHeartbreak was losing your best doll or toy trainJoy came from running and dancing out in the rainYour best friend sat with you in the corner when caughtTrue love came from the heart and couldn't be boughtBut then I open my eyes and look around at this worldI think somewhere along the way I may have lost that girl
