Richard Laramy has 25 years experience, in higher education (and some K-12) working in publishing (Pearson and McGraw-Hill),software development and consulting. Richard is trained in the Baldrige Model and is a member of the Board of Examiners for Quality Texas since '07 and is also on the Board of Advisors for University of Texas Austin Center for Performance Excellence.
