Champions of Choice and Change examines the role of seventeenth-century English dissenting religious groups and the rise of democratic ideals in western society. Many people assume that the French philosophers whose ideas and writings gave rise to the Revolution in France were the creators and initiators of the democratic theories which would shape, order, and give direction to modern Western society as it developed. This work argues otherwise, claiming that such advances--ideas related to equality, choice, political involvement, education, enabling and inclusion of women, religious liberty/toleration--occurred first, not in the secular context of late eighteenth-century Enlightenment France, but in the spiritual context of radical and/or dissenting religious groups in Stuart England over a century earlier, shaped by previous ideas of the European Reformers.

Robert still listens to Fox News on the TV. With Rush Limbaugh gone, he spends that time listening to the men and women that have replaced Rush Limbaugh. The regular news stations block the truth from the public. With Robert's first two books done, Madam President and Madam President 2, he started writing short stories. Short story collection volumes I, II, III, and IV are complete. Robert is working on a fifth volume now. Robert's writing gives him something to do to kill the boredom of being alone. He tried to put humor in every story, but some stories are sad. Robert is on his fourth keyboard. He wore the letters off of some of the keys. There was a lot of laughing at his own humor, and some tears were shed on some sad stories. Robert has managed to get twenty-one stories in each volume. He has written some stories in a day. Others may run into several days to get all the story in order to make sense.

Fox News is Robert's TV news channel; Rush Limbaugh is his radio station news. Those are the only two stations that tell the truth. Robert's short stories give him something to do. After writing two books, Madam President and Madam President 2, he decided to write some short stories. This was on one of three books. Three books are complete, and he is still working on the fourth book. He hopes to put twenty-one stories in that book also. Living alone gets boring and lonely. He writes to kill the boredom. Some stories will make you laugh; others will have you crying. Robert is on his third keyboard. The first two are soaked in tears and shorted out. Happy tears and some are from sad stories. Humor is the best medicine. He tries to get as much as he can in each story.
