He made his way out of Cincinnati toward the east.He randomly decided where on the East Coast he was going and ended up in Virginia Beach. Their he got the help that he needed, and he earned a high school diploma and became an IT programmer.He felt that he now could reconnect with his family but when he tried, he found that they no longer lived in Cincinnati. Little did he know that Alex Evercrest had taken on a missing person's case of which he was the focus. She was on his trail and would eventually find him and reconnect him with his loved ones.The three bullies were not only bullies but they were also drug distributors for a local drug dealer. Alex was on the road to reuniting Jesse with his family, but the twist was that she had uncovered a wide network of high school drug pushers that she focused on disrupting. The drug pusher runs. The daughters marry, the family grows, the castle is brought back to its former glory.The entire family stands on the same wall as the ancient knight and take in the glorious sunset as the children run and play.

The Skull Collector Alex walked slowly from room to skull filled room as she tried to contain her emotions. In the back most room she came upon the skull of the first victim resting on the tallest pedestal. She tried to comprehend how any person's mind could be so twisted as to do what this serial killer had done. She now understood the ineffectiveness of the police information systems. Johnnie's hacking ability had allowed her to understand the magnitude the serial killings, who the killer was and the properties he possessed. Now she had the evidence, but she did not have the killer. She accelerated the investigation by interviewing the parents of the first victim and the families of the three most recent victims. The investigation of the house and the farm that the killer possessed confirmed that the killings had gone back more than fifteen years. While searching the farm, she was shot in the chest and only her Kevlar vest saved her.Immediately after the discovery of what she called the "Museum of Horror," she was taken to the hospital and put into intensive care. The killer's attempt to kill her in her hospital bed failed. She then decided that she was going to bring him in ensure that he stood trial for the murders he had committed. She and her team figure out where the killer is headed. She wants to avoid spending time working through a legal extradition process between the state where the killer has gone and Ohio so she captures the killer and brings him back. Once in front of the judge the killer is put into a high security prison to await his trial. Somehow the prison population learns the details of his crime and they sentence him to their version of justice. The forty third head is his and is found on the end of a baseball bat on the pitching mound where he pitched a winning game. Alex comments that he has gone to see his master.

The new business that Reston was asked to develop was a step beyond what he had ever imagined going into. The drug business was heartless, but the customer got what they wanted even if it destroyed their lives. Setting up a body parts acquisition, production, and delivery supply chain was one step beyond the production and delivery of drugs. Reston was at first shocked until he learned that the money was many times more than the drug business. He set up the business and began to distribute his goods from a converted warehouse in Cincinnati. The sleepy town was the perfect hub to supply the entire East Coast. Afew weeks later, Alex was called in by her Chief, she was shocked when she arrived to the scene of a warehouse fire where the fire Chief had insisted on immediate support from her boss. She and her partner had followed the fire Chief to a cooler filled with a wide assortment of body parts.The Fire Chief had let her know that the county records did not have the unique warehouse modifications listed in the official records. Alex gets shot in the back by a three-fifty-seven but miraculously survives and then takes the fight directly to its perpetrator. She finds his new location and takes down the newly established body parts business. She captures the body parts leader and making progress when her prisoner is assassinated. She now engages her IT magician to retrace the steps that the body parts leader had recently taken. This leads her to Los Angeles where a new body parts business is being set up. She runs down the local mafia leader who is in the process of establishing another body parts business. She determines the location and enters to find a young woman being prepared for processing. She shoots and kills all but the leader and saves the young woman from being killed. Alex leaves prepares to return to Cincinnati but realizes that she has only delayed the body parts black market business. On the one hand she saved many in the short term and on the long term she realizes that this horrible business will prosper because of customer demand and their willingness to pay the black market price for the body part they desperately need.

US Navy-A Footprint in My Life Long ago when I was young and unafraid living in Burlington, Iowa I faced a reality that shook me and took me on a path that I had not envisioned. My vision was to attend University and become an Engineer instead I faced being drafted. At the time I was a Brazilian citizen and registered with the Brazilian military but not the US. My high school years were great. I had good friends. I was in the top of the class grade wise. I lettered in football and wrestling. I was elected student council president. I participated in theater. Things seemed to be at the summit of my dreams. In my senior year I applied to many colleges and was accepted by Dartmouth, the University of Arizona, and the University of Iowa. The University of Iowa asked for my draft status. I was registered with the Brazilian military I did not have a US draft number. I was truly scared because the news was about draft dodgers that had been caught and then either sent to prison or put in the Army and sent to Vietnam. There was no one to advise me. I visited all the military recruiting offices to find out what type of programs I might qualify for. They all were interested in signing me up. The Navy promised me Electronics School, Nuclear Power School and the NESEP program that would take me through university and make me an officer in the Navy. I still had hopes on attending one of the Universities, so I went to the Draft board to learn my fate. The gentle grey haired lady behind the single desk in the draft board office listened to my story and then let me know that I was under arrest I asked her to call the Navy recruiter. She nodded and did so. He came down with the recruiting paperwork and I left the draft board office as a Navy enlistee. I graduated from the Electronics school at the Great Lakes US Navy base. And then was on the way to Nuclear Power training school but there was a few month wait, and I was assigned temporarily to the USS Gunston Hall. It was during this wait that my great plan of avoiding Vietnam took a uncanny twist. The ship received orders to take three gun barrels for the USS Missouri to the Philippines. Once we delivered these gun barrels the Gunston Hall got orders to take three river opening Tango boats and escort them from river to river along the Vietnamese coast. We went up and down the coast of Vietnam several times. I was a fifty caliber machine gunner on the escort boat that made sure the Tango boats got into the river mouth safely.That phase ended several months later, and I did return to safely to the US and went through Nuclear power School.I ended up on the USS Coronado for a short time and then volunteered to be on the hydrofoil USS Tucumcari and went on a tour of Europe.The Tucumcari assignment was the highlight of my time in the Navy. The tour went from the North Sea to the Turkish straits between the Mediterranean and the Black Sea. The tour included visits to eleven countries. The purpose was to envision the European navies with the power hydrofoil provided. My last assignment was on the USS Wood County that had escorted the Tucumcari. It was during the decommissioning of the Wood County that I facilitated a peaceful resolution to an onboard race riot. My actions earned me the support of the Captain. He asked what I wanted. I let him know that I wanted to get out early so that I could attend University. He offered to support my going into the NESEP program, but I knew that the life in the Navy was not for me. He granted me my wish by making me the decommissioning "Captain" of the USS Wood County as it went through its final preparation to enter the moth ball fleet. I got out early and went on to become an Engineer.

Long ago in the far northwest new people were making their way in an new land. More amazing is when in an exchange White Swan proposes their union to Gray Fox Running.His stunned silence make White Swan wonder if she has pushed too far too fast.His suggestion that he wants to make sure that she looks as sweet with the smell of buffalo washed off is to her a yes She pushes her sister to make the same proposal to Red Oak.Their two new mates accept with the condition they get taught the new hunting technique that was so grandly displayed.Once home, her parents rejoice at their aggressive but successful daughters.White Swan and Quiet Pheasant change sub-Clans and leave with their new mates.

It was a new challenging land. Floating Cloud held her young granddaughter and told her that her mother had gone to the land of the ancients to be with her mate.History was repeating itself. She had to raise her daughter by herself when her mate had been killed by a wooly rhino. It had been hard, but she was young. Now she faced the same challenge, but she was already considered very old.Her daughter had worked hard to provide for Quiet Rabbit, but the accident had taken her to where she had wanted to go.The end of the hunting season and the gathering of the Clans was almost upon her. She could not plan beyond that horizon.Her worries diminished when every morning she found someone had left enough game on her fire ring. Someone was secretly providing her with enough for two good meals a day.When White Swan informed her that Gray Fox Running was to become the leader of the Elk Clan. She asked to also move into the Elk Clan.The food that she had worked so hard to accumulate was passed out so every family in the Elk Clan had the same amount and would face the same survival odds. She was devastated.Hope slowly came to her as she still found the small game for two meals at her fire ring. She now thought she knew who the generous person might be.The chances for survival seemed to be increasing but the Elk Clan was without a winter shelter.The snows started before the clan had reached the coast where they hoped to find the shelter they needed.White Swan found a superb winter home location and marshalled the Clan to build the main shelter. Floating Cloud selected a prime location and expended extra effort to insure that she would have the shelter she and Quiet Rabbit needed.She watched as Quiet Rabbit became a leader among the younger group. She was proud when she watched as Quiet Rabbit and her friends led the effort that helped Taelo set up a huge fish trap in the bay. The Clan not only survived the winter but became rich in dried fish.White Cloud knew that her daughter and mate would be looking down proud of their daughter.White Cloud was in a place in life that she could not ask for more.

The new President's vision was of opening up the solar system to extensive exploration.A young woman and two young men graduating at the top of their college classes are devasted by learning they have six months or less to live to live.An Airforce General asked to lead the development of matter transmission has one year to get it done.A husband-and-wife scientific team are near a matter transmission breakthrough.The General, known for his ability to guide complex scientific development efforts runs with the Presidents vision, recruits all the right players.Nine hundred and ninety-nine mice die as they are transported from the decomposition to the reconstitution chamber. The one thousandth mouse receives the miracle of, an on the whim, 180-degree reversal of the transmission system polarity.The breakthrough has happened The transmissions go from mice to squirrels to rabbits, goats and finally a two-hundred-pound pig.A human subject is next. The General has three human subjects. They are the three who have only a few months to live and are willing to be the first to be transported. One of them comments that if a pig could do it he should be able to do it as well.World competition for a similar capability rises to a very aggressive level. The three human subjects successfully transported are kidnapped. The competition desires to examine them to see if they can learn how the transmission works.Just as things seem to be getting organized, an adversary in the President's own party sabotages the effort.Missiles to destroy the rocket that is launching the team is targeted.The main rocket is blown up, but the quick thinking of the team in the transport module propels them up toward the command module.Heroic action the team saves them.Two more attempts to sabotage the effort are thwarted.The rotating spacecraft that provides a one G force is assembled. The Doors designated to seed and open up the Solar System are loaded. The reconstitution material is loaded.The Doors for the Moon and Mars are delivered and set up.The final break through is that transmission to cross these distances is safe leads to the realization that the crew that had expected to spend their remaining life in space are able to rotate back to Earth and will be able to remain connected with their families and friends.The husband-and-wife team that delivered the breakthrough become the first to make the trip out to the moon, then to Mars and beyond.The Doors to the Solar system and beyond are delivered.

The Boy with the Radiant SmileAngela has fallen, hit her head. She wakes up and does not know who she is. The only image in her mind is a boy with a radiant smile. She is not sure of what she is seeing but as she sits, a ghost Indian Princes points to where a gold chain is exposed. The pendant at the end of the chain is a likeness of the Princess. The Indian Princess points across the valley to where a sparkle can be seen. Angela decides to she what is sparkling. She finds a pendant that is the same as the one being worn by her Princess. She is constantly wondering who the boy with the Radiant Smile might be. Then she comes up from the trail to a road. There on the road is the Boy with the Radiant Smile. It is her twin brother. Things all seem to flash back. Three Dimensional LoveNopek a fourth dimensional being goes on vacation with his very large pet, Bangor, a cudov. During a ruckus at the transit terminal, Nopek retreats to to a desk with no line because it is the departure gate to a three dimensional world. On arrival he is enthralled by the sound of singing coming from an Indian Princess that tasted like the sweetest Oon. He falls in love with the three dimensional world. and is sure he would return many times.Not NormalThe meanest girl in school suddenly became friendly. It was nice to be accepted but, IT WAS NOT NORMAL. Jason, and his two buddies discuss the change and set up a way to gather data on the change. They realized that everyone around them seem normal. No strangers, No Aliens. They conclude it's not the other people but the three of them that have changed. They confront their mothers to learn what has happened. Their mothers admit to letting their doctor administer an acceptance pheromone. After stopping the treatment, the meanest girl becomes mean again. They decide Normal is good.Call Me Some Time.Jasper watches his two friends get pulled into an alien beam. He is able to duck while his two friends get captured.Jasper has grown up in the mountains he is now in, and his father has taught him how to be a ghost in the forest. Jasper is sure he can outwit the arrivals. He hides on the alien scout ship as it returns with his cell phone. He is able to get on board the mothership and locate his two buddies.The escape plan is simple and he is not sure it will work. The aliens return to capture him, his two buddies are bait.He overcomes the alien on the scout ship and has the scout ship move. His two buddies escape as the two aliens realize their scout ship is leaving.Jason lets the aliens know that Earthlings would soon be competing with them. The next time they should call him and let him know they were coming.Book of Time and Space.The opening of a book found in the basement of the small private library, opens the world to creatures from another dimension.A creature utters the words that begins the transformation of the world around Claudia, her sister, and her best friend.Claudia figures out how to make a key for an old and ancient looking, locked cabinet. The cabinet comes open there is only one book in the huge cabinet. The first page translation indicates it is a way to open the door to time and space. The other world slowly vaporizes the neighborhood. They begin to slowly become shadows of themselves. The creatures from the other side are beginning to make their appearance.Claudia reads the phrase that closes the door, and the world becomes whole again. The Book of Time and Space will someday be opened again.Will you be there to save the world?

They meet and befriend a clan of their heritage and bring a group back with them.In Condor Clan Slingers the team returns to aid the Condor Clan in their battle against an aggressive Warrior Clan.In Circumvention Taelo pushes beyond the boundaries and discovers that the world is like a round boulder.
