Die Modellierung und Optimierung von Bearbeitungsparametern sind unverzichtbare Elemente in modernen Zerspanungsprozessen. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die Wechselwirkung von Eingabeparametern f r Bohrvorg nge wie Spindeldrehzahl, Vorschubgeschwindigkeit und Anzahl der Bohrungen sowie deren Einfluss auf die Oberfl chenrauheit, den Durchmesser und die Position der Bohrungen, die beim Bohren von Weichstahl (MS) erzielt werden. Es wurden Kontur- und Oberfl chendiagramme erstellt, um die Wechselwirkung der Prozessparameter sowie deren Auswirkungen auf die Reaktionen hervorzuheben. Mit Hilfe der Response-Surface-Methodik (RSM) wurde ein empirisches Modell f r Oberfl chenrauheit, Durchmesser und Position der Bohrung entwickelt. Die angepassten Modellwerte und die gemessenen Werte lagen sehr nahe beieinander, was darauf hindeutet, dass die entwickelten Modelle effektiv zur Vorhersage der jeweiligen Reaktion verwendet werden k nnen. Die Prozessparameter werden mit Hilfe der auf Desirability basierenden Response-Surface-Methodik optimiert.

La modellazione e l'ottimizzazione dei parametri di lavorazione sono elementi indispensabili nei moderni processi di taglio dei metalli. Il presente studio realizza l'interazione dei parametri di processo di foratura, quali la velocit del mandrino, la velocit di avanzamento e il numero di fori, e la loro influenza sulla rugosit superficiale, sul diametro e sulla posizione del foro ottenuto nella foratura dell'acciaio dolce (MS). Sono stati generati grafici di contorno e grafici di superficie per evidenziare l'interazione dei parametri di processo e il loro effetto sulle risposte. stato sviluppato un modello empirico di rugosit superficiale, diametro e posizione del foro utilizzando la metodologia della superficie di risposta (RSM). I valori adattati e misurati dal modello erano molto simili, il che indica che i modelli sviluppati possono essere utilizzati efficacemente per prevedere la rispettiva risposta. I parametri di processo sono ottimizzati utilizzando un approccio basato sulla desiderabilit della metodologia della superficie di risposta.

La pr sente tude examine l'interaction entre les param tres d'entr e du processus de per age, tels que la vitesse de rotation de la broche, la vitesse d'avance et le nombre de trous, et leur influence sur la rugosit de surface, le diam tre et la position des trous obtenus lors du per age de l'acier doux (MS). Des graphiques de contour et de surface ont t g n r s afin de mettre en vidence l'interaction des param tres du processus ainsi que leur effet sur les r ponses. This book provides an accurate evaluation of re-integration of Eurasia in the context of India’s energy security and diplomacy which requires a normative shift as in the current Eurasian geopolitical and geo-economic matrix, the growing role of transit countries and their proximity with the Energy Complex Zone negates the fact that great powers or strong states control the Eurasian Heartland. Authors believe that wrecking this norm is fundamental here to deconstruct the undercurrents of energy geopolitics prevailing in Eurasia over the emerging phenomenon, as it discourages the re-integration of the Eurasian region. It explores how the geopolitical struggle between major powers for energy resources has been engendering mutual interdependencies between energy producers and transit countries. It makes an attempt to provide a transcontinental study of Eurasian energy and connectivity as a thrust area for the present work positioning Eurasia in Indian foreign policy, determiningthe contours of energy diplomacy in connection with the Eurasian energy policy. It defines Eurasia broadly as the region that encompasses Central Asia and the Caucasus including Russia and transit countries. It addresses the geopolitical and geo-economic aspects of Eurasian re-integration in the context of India’s energy security. The objective of this book is to combine theoretical, contemporary, and policy-oriented issues that deserve scholarly attention and would both complement and supplement the academic contributions.
