A pesquisa foi realizada aplicando os diferentes valores de velocidade e corrente do fio para o experimento, que t m os seguintes par metros interessados: corrente de soldagem em (180, 250 e 320) Amps, velocidades do fio de soldagem em (2, 3 e 5) m / min, g s de prote o CO₂ puro e constante de tens o de soldagem (24 V). O estudo deste trabalho centra-se na an lise mec nica e tica.

Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, den Einfluss der Parameter auf die mechanischen Eigenschaften (Zugfestigkeit und Mikroh rte) und die mikrostrukturellen Eigenschaften von austenitischem Edelstahl (AISI 304L und AISI 310) beim Metall-Lichtbogenschwei en (GMAW) zu untersuchen. Die Untersuchung wurde durchgef hrt, indem verschiedene Werte der Drahtgeschwindigkeit und des Stroms f r das Experiment verwendet wurden, die folgende interessierende Parameter haben: Schwei strom bei (180, 250 & 320) Ampere, Schwei drahtgeschwindigkeiten bei (2, 3 & 5) m/min, reines Schutzgas CO₂ und konstante Schwei spannung (24 V). Die Studie dieser Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die mechanische und optische Analyse.

L'obiettivo di questa ricerca studiare l'influenza dei parametri che influenzano le propriet meccaniche (resistenza alla trazione e microdurezza) e microstrutturali dell'acciaio inossidabile austenitico (AISI 304L e AISI 310) con la saldatura ad arco di metallo gassoso (GMAW).
