Introduction It would be easy to read the book from the viewpoint of four, rich, fun-loving women, as that is indeed what they are. However, it is important that the reader has the background information that is provided by the first book. In "The Game", we are introduced to four very different characters who have to embark on a journey of self-discovery in order to become the women we meet in this sequel. The four friends are actually men, forced into gender reassignment medical treatment by their peers. Some are married, and one has even defied science by giving birth to a healthy child.
