Cechy morfologiczne obserwowane w 23 odmianach Echinochloa obejmowaly wysokośc roślin, lodygi, wielkośc wiech, dlugośc klosk w, ulożenie klosk w, obecnośc lub brak ości, kolor znamienia/proszku, produkcję nasion/roślinę, masę 1000 nasion, cechy charakterystyczne dla rozsiewania ziarna, kolor ziarna oraz wygląd rośliny (wyprostowany/opadający). Zbadano skutecznośc herbicyd w penoksulamu, bispiribaku sodowego, cyhalofopu butylu, butachloru i pretilachloru przed i po wzejściu w odmianach Echinochloa. Zarejestrowano r wnież cechy fizjologiczne, tj. przepuszczalnośc blony kom rkowej liści (%), peroksydację lipid w (zawartośc MDA), barwniki fotosyntetyczne, tj. chlorofil a, chlorofil b, karotenoidy i fluorescencję chlorofilu. Cyhalofop butyl wykazal największą skutecznośc na podstawie procentowej śmiertelności i zmniejszenia akumulacji suchej masy spośr d wszystkich badanych herbicyd w. Wartości GR50 wyższe od zalecanej dawki herbicydu wskazują na odpornośc na ten herbicyd. Profil bialkowy i wz r izoenzym w dziesięciu odmian Echinochloa badano w fazie sadzonek i liści flagowych.

I caratteri morfologici osservati in 23 accessioni di Echinochloa erano: altezza della pianta, culmi, dimensione delle pannocchie, lunghezza delle spighette, disposizione delle spighette, presenza o assenza di ariste, colore dello stigma/dell'antera, produzione di semi/pianta, peso di 1000 semi, caratteristiche di spargimento dei grani, colore della cariosside e aspetto della pianta (eretta/ricadente). stata studiata l'efficacia pre e post emergenza dei diserbanti penoxsulam, bispyribac sodico, cyhalofop butile, butachlor e pretilachlor in accessioni di Echinochloa. Sono stati registrati anche i tratti fisiologici, ovvero la permeabilit della membrana fogliare (%), la perossidazione lipidica (contenuto di MDA), i pigmenti fotosintetici, ovvero clorofilla a, clorofilla b, carotenoidi e fluorescenza della clorofilla. Il cialofop butile ha mostrato la massima efficacia in base alla percentuale di mortalit e alla riduzione dell'accumulo di sostanza secca tra tutti i diserbanti testati. Valori di GR50 superiori alla dose raccomandata di erbicida indicano la resistenza dell'erbicida nei confronti dell'erbicida stesso. Sono stati studiati i profili proteici e il modello isoenzimatico di dieci accessioni di Echinochloa allo stadio di piantina e allo stadio della foglia bandiera.

Es wurde ein Experiment mit sechs Genotypen der Straucherbse (Paras, ICPL-88039, H2000-37, H2000-47, H2001-4 und H2001-37) unter verschiedenen Phosphorgehalten (15 %, 30 %, 60 % und 100 %) in einem Topfkulturhaus durchgef hrt. Verschiedene Parameter wie Frisch- und Trockengewicht von Wurzeln und Trieben, Blattfl che, Photosyntheserate, Gesamtchlorophyllgehalt, Gesamtphosphorgehalt von Wurzeln und Trieben, Gesamtstickstoffgehalt von Wurzeln und Trieben, Frischgewicht der Kn llchen, Leghaemoglobin-Gehalt, Acetylenreduktionsaktivit t, Ertrag und dessen attributive Merkmale wurden in drei Probenahmestufen, d. h. 45, 75 und 110 Tage nach der Aussaat, analysiert. Ein weiteres Experiment wurde im Labor mit vier Genotypen von Straucherbohnen durchgef hrt, n mlich H2001-37, Paras, H2000-37 und ICPL-88039, mit derselben Phosphorbehandlung. Die untersuchten Parameter waren jedoch nur die Wurzell nge, die Anzahl der Wurzelhaare, das Wurzel-Spross-Verh ltnis und die alkalische Phosphataseaktivit t 10 Tage nach der Aussaat.

V rios par metros, como peso fresco e seco da raiz e do caule, rea foliar, taxa fotossint tica, teor total de clorofila, teor total de f sforo da raiz e do caule, teor total de azoto da raiz e do caule, peso fresco dos n dulos, teor de leghaemoglobina, atividade de redu o de acetileno, rendimento e suas caracter sticas atribu veis foram analisados em tr s fases de amostragem, ou seja, 45, 75 e 110 dias ap s a sementeira. Outra experi ncia foi realizada em laborat rio com quatro gen tipos de feij o-guandu, ou seja, H2001-37, Paras, H2000-37 e ICPL-88039, com os mesmos tratamentos de f sforo. No entanto, os par metros estudados foram comprimento da raiz, n mero de p los radiculares, rela o raiz-brotamento e atividade da fosfatase alcalina apenas 10 dias ap s a semeadura.

The present study was planned to develop antibacterial treatment on cotton fabric by using lemon peel extract. To achieve the objectives proposed, lemon peel extract was selected for treatment application on cotton fabric. Pretreatment was given to cotton fabric and treatment was applied on cotton fabric in standardized concentration of lemon peel extract with exhaust and pad dry cure method. Lemon peels were extracted by cold aqueous maceration. It was found that percentage yield of extract was 19.6% for lemon peel extract. Bacillus spp. were selected for the present study. To study the effect of lemon peel extract the treated samples were tested for microbial resistance actively quantitatively by AATCC-100 test method before and after washing of samples. Treated fabrics were tested for physical properties and found that fabric weight, thickness and bulk of fabric were increased while tensile strength, elongation, bending length, flexural rigidity, air permeability and moisture regain were decreased. After washing physical properties of treated fabric were investigated and found that fabric count, weight, thickness bulk and bending length of lemon peel extract.
