Z hle deine Segnungen. Denke einfach daran, was dir widerfahren ist. Danke Mir einfach. Beginne dar ber nachzudenken, was du fr her warst und was du jetzt bist. Fang einfach damit an. Sei dir sicher. All deine Schwermut wird verschwinden.

- The words of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on the nature and value of peace. "Unless and until human beings have peace, there cannot be peace in the whole world. Peace is the quality of your Sprit."
Her words are inspiring, wise and truthful. They guide us as we ascend. But the words of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi are often also poetic. As we move from prose to poetry, new depth and insight are revealed. "Poetry is like moonlight. When it falls upon any matter. it enhances the beauty and gives it a charisma. As the moonlight hides all the ugliness, it creates an atmosphere so meditative it makes our life the prose into poetry."
Cartea a fost publicată inițial n limba engleză sub titlul "Journey Within - The Final Steps to Self Realization". - JOURNEY WITHIN: THE FINAL STEPS TO SELF REALIZATION is the story of our spiritual ascent, both as individuals and collectively. With equal parts instruction and inspiration, the book beautifully describes how we have gotten where we are today and our essential next steps. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi gave more than 3000 recorded talks all around the world. Whether it was a village school, a medical conference, a gathering of UN employees or a suburban hall on a hot summer evening, her central words were the same: introspection, ascent, inner peace and - most important of all - a realization of our true self. With humour and love, she both guided and listened. From the opening words, "My father felt that I would do something great," we can sense the trajectory of this tale. And we know too that we are bound for that same greatness. With this book, Shri Mataji reminds us of the journey we are all on. And the direction of that journey is always the same. It is a JOURNEY WITHIN.
In the summer of 1984, in a period of eighteen days, there were four Sahaja Yoga public programmes in London. In Lambeth, Hampstead, Ilford and Chiswick - the south, north, east and west - Shri Mataji spoke on four evenings in what could be considered to be the longest and most complete introduction to Sahaja Yoga. These four programmes, collectively known as "The Experience of Truth," totalled more than five hours. She spoke, continuing from one lecture to the next, with the understanding that the same audience was in attendance. There was very little repetition, only recap. The description was in depth. The wisdom was unique. Questions were answered. Shri Mataji spoke about the truth within - truth known to us through our senses and the truth perceived through vibrations. She spoke about truth as an unchanging absolute and our ability to become that truth in a new collective consciousness. And finally she spoke to us about the enjoyment of that truth - the very nature of the Divine. "You become the joy," she said, "the source of joy and the giver of joy. You enjoy yourself because your Self is glorious." We could not have asked for more. It was a summer to remember.
Seekers are that special category of people who are aware that they have to seek something more than material well-being or power or the so-called pleasures of life. There is a special category born out of the people who have had this seeking before they came on this Earth. They worked it out and today they are ready to receive the knowledge. This book is a welcoming message to those seekers of truth. This full colour book includes more than thirty photographs.
