Kendal and Kevin do not have your normal brother and sister bond. The telepathy between the two, you'd think they were twins. When "it" says "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity" they definitely had Kevin in mind.

Leah's example of unconditional love expired when her father expired. She promised herself unless a man could fill his shoes he shouldn't approach her. "He" came in and brought her back to life and taught her somethings. A woman will always choose a man that can teach her something over a man who can buy her something. It was a connection made in Heaven and demonstrated on Earth. "Til death do us part?" or "Death will part us?"

Being a single mother has its ups and downs. I enjoy being there every day watching my children grow, have fun, learn, and most importantly apply what they are learning. I can't/won't take all of the credit when it comes to molding them as it takes a village and I'm grateful for mine.

Some people can change your life, the great ones change how you pray

The process is rarely respected because of the focus we put into rushing to get out of something. If we go with the flow and trust His will we might appreciate our growth. I didn't want to hear "It will get better." "You are strong, you will get through this." "I am praying for you." One of the toughest things for some of the strongest people is acceptance. I finally learned-not to just say it but the actual meaning of learned-"I had to go through to get to"...
