Les Rapprochements d'Entreprises, Une Nouvelle Logique Stratégique?
A l'heure ou les rapprochements d'entreprises (alliances cooperatives, fusions-acquisitions) se multiplient a l'echelle mondiale, cet ouvrage s'interroge sur la logique strategique de cette forme de developpement. Il examine les fondements et les principales caracteristiques des liaisons inter-firmes et etudie les effets de l'environnement national sur les conduites de rapprochements. Fondee sur un echantillon de 5286 operations de rapprochement nouees par des entreprises francaises et allemandes (avec des partenaires de tous les pays), l'etude empirique realisee met en lumiere les similitudes et les dissemblances des strategies d'alliance poursuivies par les acteurs de ces deux pays, ceci dans une perspective dynamique. Elle revele que, malgre quelques elements de convergence, le comportement des firmes en matiere de rapprochement continue a etre faconne par l'environnement national, et plus precisement par ses caracteristiques institutionnelles et culturelles.
