Dental CAD/CAM technology is successful today because of the vision of many great pioneers. As Duret, concluded in his article in 1991, "the systems will continue to improve in versatility, accuracy, and cost effectiveness, and will be a part of routine dental practice from the beginning of the 21st century. With a future that can get promisingly digitalized, we as dentists have to be well aware of the developments, and how they can improve dental treatment quality and its longevity, based on strong scientific proofs and thereby stay at par with the latest technologies.

The strength and durability characteristics of Self compacting concrete (SCC) incorporating Rice Husk Ash (RHA) have been computed by replacing 0%, 5%,10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% cement by rice husk ask. The inclusion of rice husk ash as replacement of cement does not affect the strength properties negatively as the strength remains within limits i.e target strength can be achieved up to a replacement of 15% to 25%.
