Recently, the prime focus of research across the globe is to develop advanced drug delivery systems to enhance their therapeutic potential and clinical safety and, to reduce the drawbacks associated with conventional drug formulations. Hydrogels are extremely reliable materials which have been explored for designing drug delivery (DD) systems because of their biocompatibility and physicochemical properties. The inherent properties of polymeric hydrogels which make them suitable for DD applications are controlled by their crosslinked network structures. Several theories and complex mathematical equations/models have been proposed to explain the network structure of the hydrogels. Their extensive knowledge is almost beyond the expertise of polymer chemists involved in designing of DD devices. Herein, simplifications of these equations have been carried out for their utilization to evaluate network parameters required to design hydrogels for DD devices. The significance of hydrogel swelling and its correlation with the various synthetic and physiochemical parameters and their influence on parameters of structural networking of hydrogel based DD systems have also been analyzed.

This article provides a non-formal assessment of the safety of the protocol, which is said to be both effective and resistant to a variety of assaults. The findings of the investigation indicate that the protocol under consideration does not offer user anonymity and that it is susceptible to session key disclosure assault, many-time pad attack, and insider attack. A brand new three-factor authentication protocol has been introduced in order to fulfil all of these needs. This protocol offers a greater level of security by utilizing Physically Unclonable Function (PUF) and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC). This protocol allows for the revocation of smart cards and prevents cloning attacks.

Wir stellen Ad-hoc On Demand Distance Vector Routing (AODV) vor, einen neuartigen Algorithmus f r den Betrieb solcher Ad-hoc-Netze. Unser neuer Routing-Algorithmus eignet sich gut f r ein dynamisches, selbststartendes Netzwerk, wie es von Nutzern ben tigt wird, die Ad-hoc-Netzwerke nutzen wollen, und wir zeigen, dass unser Algorithmus f r gro e Populationen mobiler Knoten geeignet ist, die Ad-hoc-Netzwerke bilden wollen. Notre nouvel algorithme de routage est tout fait adapt un r seau dynamique d marrage automatique, comme l'exigent les utilisateurs d sireux d'utiliser des r seaux ad hoc. In questo lavoro di studio, ci concentriamo sui problemi di prestazioni dei protocolli di routing, Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR), Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV), Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) e Temporally Ordered Routing Algorithm (TORA) in reti ad-hoc mobili e autonome. Presentiamo Ad-hoc On Demand Distance Vector Routing (AODV), un nuovo algoritmo per il funzionamento di tali reti ad-hoc. Il nostro nuovo algoritmo di routing adatto a una rete dinamica che si avvia da sola, come richiesto dagli utenti che desiderano utilizzare le reti ad-hoc. Dimostriamo che il nostro algoritmo adatto a grandi popolazioni di nodi mobili che desiderano formare reti ad-hoc. Includiamo anche una metodologia di valutazione e risultati di simulazione per verificare il funzionamento del nostro algoritmo.
