This book is for believers who struggle with sin. Those who are comfortable with sin are in trouble, because they have not matured enough for sin to bother with them. But if they have grown at all in knowledge and grace, then they have surely been introduced to the "law of sin", and have learned that, for every step forward they take, sin increases its efforts to pull them back.
