Diese Studie untersuchte die Auswirkungen der Organisationskultur auf die Leistung der Mitarbeiter an der Universit t von Somalia in Mogadischu-Somalia. Die Studie verfolgte drei Hauptziele, n mlich 1) Ermittlung der Beziehung zwischen der Unternehmenskultur und der Leistung der Mitarbeiter. 2) Ermittlung des Zusammenhangs zwischen Wettbewerbskultur und Mitarbeiterleistung. 3) Untersuchung des Zusammenhangs zwischen Konsenskultur und Mitarbeiterleistung. Die Forscher nutzten ein bequemes Stichprobenverfahren, um 90 Frageb gen von der Universit t von Somalia in Mogadischu, Somalia, zu sammeln. Die Mitarbeiter erhielten einen Fragebogen mit vier Hauptkonstrukten, die die Wettbewerbskultur, die unternehmerische Kultur, die Konsenskultur und die Mitarbeiterleistung messen. Anhand des Korrelationskoeffizienten ergab die Studie, dass die Leistung der Mitarbeiter (abh ngige Variable) einen signifikant positiven Einfluss auf die drei unabh ngigen Variablen Wettbewerbskultur, Unternehmenskultur und Konsenskultur hat. Au erdem ergab die Regressionsanalyse, dass zwei Konstrukte statistisch signifikante, positive und direkte Auswirkungen auf die Leistung der Mitarbeiter haben.

Cette tude a examin l'impact de la culture organisationnelle sur les performances des employ s de l'Universit de Somalie Mogadiscio-Somalie. Le document avait trois objectifs principaux, savoir 1) D terminer la relation entre la culture entrepreneuriale et les performances des employ s. 2) Identifier la relation entre la culture comp titive et les performances des employ s. 3) Examiner la relation entre la culture consensuelle et les performances des employ s. Les chercheurs ont eu recours un chantillonnage pratique pour collecter 90 questionnaires aupr s de l'Universit de Somalie Mogadiscio, en Somalie. Les employ s ont re u un questionnaire comportant quatre concepts principaux qui mesurent la culture comp titive, la culture entrepreneuriale, la culture consensuelle et les performances des employ s. Cependant, en utilisant le coefficient de corr lation, l' tude a r v l que les performances des employ s (variable d pendante) avaient une influence positive significative sur les trois variables ind pendantes, savoir: la culture comp titive, la culture entrepreneuriale et la culture consensuelle. Le r sultat de l'analyse de r gression a galement montr que deux concepts avaient des effets statistiquement significatifs, positifs et directs sur les performances des employ s.

I ricercatori hanno utilizzato un campionamento conveniente per raccogliere 90 questionari dall'Universit della Somalia a Mogadiscio, in Somalia. Ai dipendenti stato fornito un questionario con quattro costrutti principali che misuravano la cultura competitiva, la cultura imprenditoriale, la cultura consensuale e la performance dei dipendenti. Tuttavia, utilizzando il coefficiente di correlazione, lo studio ha rilevato che la performance dei dipendenti (variabile dipendente) ha un'influenza positiva significativa con tre variabili indipendenti: cultura competitiva, cultura imprenditoriale e cultura consensuale. Os investigadores utilizaram uma amostragem conveniente para recolher 90 question rios na Universidade da Som lia, em Mogad scio, na Som lia. Foi fornecido aos trabalhadores um question rio com quatro constructos principais que medem a cultura competitiva, a cultura empresarial, a cultura consensual e o desempenho dos trabalhadores. No entanto, utilizando o coeficiente de correla o, o estudo concluiu que o desempenho dos trabalhadores (vari vel dependente) tinha uma influ ncia positiva significativa nas tr s vari veis independentes, nomeadamente: cultura competitiva, cultura empresarial e cultura consensual. Dental biofilm is a stable ecosystem in the form of several microbial colonies that modifies the characteristic physiology of the oral mucosa. It's an ecosystem that dynamically replaces dead cells, and its maturity enables it to shape a primitive circulatory system. This system controls the diffusion or expulsion of nutrients or other substances as required by the biofilm. This characteristic gives it the appearance of a living entity with integrity in its own right. Dental biofilm is a dynamic entity, and must therefore be studied in its microbiological context. The means of exploration, especially staining, are still limited. This difficulty, in addition to the differences between environments and individuals within the biofilm, leaves many mechanisms, especially interactive ones, unknown. The bacteriophage viruses and amoebae that exist in dental biofilms are unquantifiable, making it impossible to study the biological interactions of parasitism (bacteriophage viruses - bacteria) and predation (amoebae - bacteria).
