The Test is the second in a series of three workbooks based on the self help book entitled Freedom To Change. The Test is designed to keep you on your True Path in life and help you follow your True or Higher Self. Freedom To Change introduces you to special type of mentoring called Self-Coaching, a concept where you are encouraged to become your own mentor and evaluate your behaviors, goals, and aspirations. This workbook is about understanding where you are in your life right now, figuring out where you want to go, and understanding why you want to go there. It is a test, a test that looks at how you respond to the challenge you have given yourself. We are continually tested in life. Other people, situations, and even our hopes and dreams are a test. We are endlessly tested in relationships and day-to-day life. You can choose to ignore any test, procrastinate, pretend to do your best, or go at it with all you have. It's all about character and how you choose to live your day-to-day life. And character is a test too. Life is a test and you take it all the time, whether you agree to or not. The Test contains 31 exercises with space provided between exercises for journaling designed to help guide you, day-by-day, toward a better and more meaningful life. It can be used as a continuation of the first workbook in this series, entitled The Experience, or on its own.

The Process is the third in a series of three workbooks based on the self help book Freedom To Change. The Process helps you understand that staying on your True Path in life is just that-a process. Since there is a strong tendency to follow the path of least resistance, staying true to your Higher Self requires you to be diligent and focused. Freedom To Change introduces you to a special type of mentoring called Self-Coaching, in which you are encouraged to become your own coach and evaluate your behavior, goals, and aspirations based on the concept of your Higher Self. This workbook is about getting a clear image of your True Path in life as well as who you want to be-your Higher Self. If you have completed the first two workbooks in this series, both of these concepts will be pretty clear to you. The Process encourages you to make informed choices by eliminating some options and narrowing down your focus to what is truly important to you. It helps you identify what your real passions are, gives guidelines for making some decisions, helps you understand the role of fantasies, and raises awareness about your use of time. In addition, a series of exercises provide a self-evaluation of several key character traits: Responsibility; Education; Enlightenment; Diligence; Decency; Obligations; Observation; Optimism; Motivation; Two Selves; Commitment; Honesty; Authenticity; Nobleness; Genuineness; and Epiphany. All are important traits of your Higher Self, and staying true to your aspirations is a process. The Process contains 30 exercises with space provided for journaling between each exercise designed to help guide you, day by day, toward a better and more meaningful life. It can be used as a continuation of the previous workbooks in this series, or on its own.

This book chronicles the challenges, truths, and lessons of teaching and leading in a traditional high school today: the bureaucratic red tape, the fight for inclusivity, the mental health and safety concerns, and the urgent need for teacher support and wellness. From active shooter drills to digital distractions, from closing achievement gaps to preserving educator autonomy, the challenges are immense—but so are the opportunities for change. With an honest and insightful perspective, the authors share their compelling narrative account from their extensive experiences in the trenches as both a cautionary tale and a call to action—challenging educators, policymakers, and communities to rethink how schools can truly serve students and those who teach them.

The Experience is the first in a series of three personal development workbooks based on concepts covered in the self-help book "Freedom To Change." This therapy workbook is designed to help you find your True Path in life and discover your True or Higher Self. It also introduces Self-Coaching, a concept where you are encouraged to become your own mentor and evaluate your behaviors, goals, and aspirations. This rebt workbook focuses on teaching how to get into the present moment, in a way that allows you to gain an understanding of your true path in life and to practice making conscious choices about situations you face in life. You are here, at this place and moment in your life, and maybe you aren't sure how or why you got here. Maybe you think the road that brought you here was a series of random coincidences that led you to more randomly presented possibilities. In addition, you are perhaps uncertain or fearful of where your present path is going to lead you. We want you to understand that your path in life is up to you. This self help program is a starting point, but the truth is that every moment in life can be seen as a starting point. The Experience contains 30 exercises with space provided between exercises for journaling. The workbook is structured to help guide you, day by day, toward a better and more meaningful life.
