With annual gross sales surpassing 100 billion U.S. dollars each of the last two years, the digital games industry may one day challenge theatrical-release movies as the highest-grossing entertainment media in the world. In their examination of the tremendous cultural influence of digital games, Daniel Reardon and David Wright analyze three companies that have shaped the industry: Bethesda, located in Rockville, Maryland, USA; BioWare in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and CD Projekt Red in Warsaw, Poland. The theme of luck grew out of the fact that through all the job losses there was Millie, my wife, and how having her in my life was a stroke of luck. All the things that happen in your life, good and bad, have a tinge of luck attached to them. By putting things into perspective I was able to cope with what was going on in my life and make peace with it. Ultimately this book is about luck; what it is and how it affects the way one handles life. I was able pour my feelings out and express what I was going through each and every day I was out of work. Writing is a good way to reflect on your life and to examine what role you have in how your life is going. It discusses qualities that should be present in good conditioning and speed training programs as well as why these qualities encourage continued participation and championship performance. In addition to important training factors are the decisions and behavior outside the pool that coaches, parents, administrators, and national federations can make and do to extend and improve every swimmer’s involvement in the sport. In my life, I have wrestled with my thoughts to understand love. I now realize there are different levels of such and that no two loves are the same. These volumes of poetry are a reflection of what I feel and experience when I close my eyes and think of love, poems reflecting one woman that I may have loved and lost or even one woman that I had and abused. With my eyes closed, oftentimes I have been directed as to what I write. Please remember, that when sharing I do not always speak from a personal point of view; each poem is just an expression of love felt at the stage it was in. As with the initial meeting, getting to know and falling in love fully are levels of love. Breaking up, coming to grips with this loss, and moving on should definitely be considered a part of love as well. Maybe, if we understood these levels better, we could respect them more fully. In doing so, we can possibly cause ourselves and those others that we come into contact with a lot less pain, grief, and sorrow. And we can bring a lot more love, love, love at whatever level of love we find ourselves in.

Things in the family after all this time are working and not working. Some old alliances have crumbled, while some new ones have stood the test of time. How I See Life is the poetry that I have for my everyday life. I wanted this book to be felt as a friend who doesn't judge but only and always understands what you're going through. These poems are meant to help all of us to realize that it takes all kinds. If none were lost, who would need a savior? And if all were damned, how truly unloving and cold this world and all of us would be. It is okay to fear, but wrong to miss opportunities because you were afraid. It is okay to question your beliefs, but it's wrong to take another's word for what you could be instead of studying and finding out for yourself. How I See Life is for all to be entertained by, no matter your background in spirituality. I just want the reader to let himself be mentally free, to enjoy these words.
