Dieses Modell k nnte ein n tzliches Instrument sein, um (1) flexible Personalentwicklungsprogramme durch Graduiertenausbildung, berufsbegleitende Programme und Training on-the-job zu entwerfen und (2) neue Richtlinien f r die Auswahl, Ausbildung, berufliche Entwicklung und Leistungsbeurteilung von Mitarbeitern zu entwickeln. Die Ergebnisse der Studie haben Auswirkungen auf die berufliche Entwicklung von Beratern in einer Vielzahl von internationalen Extension-Einstellungen.

Since the founding of the United States, media labeled as news by Americans to Americans had always been truthful until a foreign media empire invaded the US. This media empire was able to bribe government officials to overturn cold war era laws that protected us from foreign propaganda and conspiracy theories aired as news stories. Today 1/3 of Americans have allowed themselves to become brainwashed by this foreign propaganda attack. The primary goal of this book is to unmask conspiracy theories disguised as news stories. We need to create a law making it illegal to distribute non fact checkable information in any story labeled as news. untruths and conspiracy theories need to be labeled commentary or satire. We need to act soon to prevent this foreign media invasion from destroying our Democracy so we can leave our children and grandchildren a World that is habitable and free of tyranny. We are heading in the direction of becoming a barely habitable dictatorship.

We will also hear how our children's brains are being destroyed by Critical Race theory. The fake, foreign news network gives drunk Uncle simple talking points. We need to have simple, basic talking points to use on drunk Uncle and other zombiefied family to show them the news they have been watching for the past 25 years was created by foreign interests with the goal of destroying our Democracy from inside. When these zombies are informed about what is really happening in the World their eyes glaze over and they seem to go into a trans, oblivious to the information they are being told. I hope we can find a way to snap them out of it before we completely loose our Democracy.
