Insbesondere die Reformen im Gesundheitswesen haben dazu beigetragen, dass die GmbH als Trager kirchlicher karitativer Einrichtungen zunehmend Bedeutung erlangt. Durch diese flexible Rechtsform soll den wirtschaftlichen Gegebenheiten besser Rechnung getragen werden, als durch die herkoemmlichen Formen kirchlicher Tragerschaft. Andererseits liegt es nahe, dass bei den Kirchen die Neigung besteht, auch bei AEnderungen der Rechtsform fur das einzelne karitative Unternehmen, die bisher durch kirchliche Rechtsregeln gegebenen Einflussmoeglichkeiten weitgehend aufrecht zu erhalten. Die Arbeit bringt das Normensystem des Rechts der GmbH mit den Bestimmungen des Staatskirchenrechts in Beziehung und zeigt, dass bestimmte Regelungen des Gesellschaftsrechtes unter Berucksichtigung des kirchlichen Selbstbestimmungsrechts nach Art. 140 GG i.V.m. Art. 137 Abs. 3 WRV auf kirchliche Gesellschaften nicht oder nur in modifizierter Weise anzuwenden sind.

Entwicklung, Implementierung Und Evaluation Eines Computerunterstuetzten Lernsystems Zur Verbesserung Der Partizipativen Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung Im Rahmen Der Betrieblichen Weiterbildung
Fur das entwickelte Lernprogramm erhielt der Autor 1998 den Sonderpreis fur innovative Personalarbeit im Rahmen des Human Resources Management Award. Eine CD-ROM mit dem computerunterstutzten Lernsystem zur Arbeitszeitgestaltung liegt dem Buch bei. Der Ausgangspunkt dieser Arbeit ist, bisherige theoretische Prozessansatze zur Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung zu analysieren und erstmalig vergleichend nebeneinander zu stellen. Dabei wird die Wichtigkeit einer partizipativen Entwicklung von neuen Arbeitszeitmodellen betont und Defizite, insbesondere im Bereich der Partizipationsfahigkeit der betroffenen Mitarbeiter, aufgezeigt. Um diese Defizite aufzuarbeiten, wurde ein computerunterstutztes Lernsystem zur Vermittlung von fachlichen und methodischen Grundlagenkenntnissen im Bereich der Arbeitszeitgestaltung entwickelt und implementiert. Eine summative empirische Evaluation des entwickelten Lernsystems in der betrieblichen Weiterbildung eines Automobilwerkes lieferte positive Aussagen uber den Sinn und den Erfolg dieses Lernprogramms.
Arbeitsmarkteffekte der Migration und Einwanderungspolitik
Das Buch beschäftigt sich mit der optimalen Ausgestaltung einer ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten folgenden selektiven Einwanderungspolitik. Auf Basis der theoretischen und ökonometrischen Analyse der Arbeitsmarkteffekte der Immigration wird die Selektionswirkung des kanadischen Punktesystems und der Auktionierung von Einwanderungszertifikaten anhand von Simulationen miteinander verglichen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, daß eine Versteigerung von Einwanderungszertifikaten an einheimische Unternehmen die aus ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten beste Option einer selektiven Einwanderungspolitik darstellt. Das Buch liefert dem Leser umfangreiches Hintergrundmaterial zur Entwicklung der Zuwanderung in die BRD und den geltenden institutionellen Regelungen hinsichtlich der Zuwanderung ausländischer Arbeitskräfte.
