Nel giugno 2024 si tenuto a Minsk il secondo Forum nazionale sullo sviluppo sostenibile, in cui stato rilevato che, ad oggi, l'80% della cosiddetta Agenda 2030 gi stato attuato in Bielorussia, il che ha permesso alla repubblica di raggiungere il 30 posto tra i 166 Stati nella classifica degli Obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile. Tra le priorit della strategia nazionale che si stanno attuando con successo in questo contesto ci sono le regioni sostenibili, dove le zone economiche libere bielorusse si stanno sviluppando con fiducia, confermando il loro status di centri chiave di attrazione per gli investimenti e costituendo gi un quinto dei principali indicatori nazionali - investimenti, esportazioni e produzione. Nel 2022, il Paese ha lanciato l'iniziativa "One District - One Project", che mira a creare nuovi prodotti orientati all'esportazione, a sviluppare l'indotto e a sostituire le importazioni. Un altro strumento per lo sviluppo delle regioni bielorusse la cooperazione internazionale con partner di tutti i continenti. E questi sono solo alcuni esempi di attuazione delle priorit dello sviluppo multivettoriale e sostenibile. Come questi interessanti progetti e programmi vengono attuati oggi l'oggetto del presente documento.

Parmi les priorit s de la strat gie nationale qui sont mises en oeuvre avec succ s dans ce contexte figurent les r gions durables, o les zones conomiques franches du B larus se d veloppent avec confiance, confirmant leur statut de centres d'attraction cl s pour les investissements et formant d j un cinqui me des principaux indicateurs nationaux - investissements, exportations et production. En 2022, le pays a lanc l'initiative "Un district - un projet", qui vise cr er de nouveaux produits orient s vers l'exportation, d velopper des industries connexes et remplacer les importations. La coop ration internationale avec des partenaires de tous les continents est un autre outil pour le d veloppement des r gions du Belarus. Et ce ne sont l que quelques exemples de la mise en oeuvre des priorit s du d veloppement multisectoriel et durable. La mani re dont ces projets et programmes int ressants sont mis en oeuvre aujourd'hui est le sujet de ce document.

Im Juni 2024 fand in Minsk das zweite Nationale Forum f r nachhaltige Entwicklung statt, auf dem festgestellt wurde, dass bis heute 80 Prozent der so genannten Agenda 2030 in Belarus umgesetzt wurden, wodurch die Republik im Ranking der Ziele f r nachhaltige Entwicklung den 30. Zu den Priorit ten der nationalen Strategie, die in diesem Zusammenhang erfolgreich umgesetzt werden, geh ren nachhaltige Regionen, in denen sich die freien Wirtschaftszonen von Belarus zuversichtlich entwickeln, ihren Status als wichtige Anziehungspunkte f r Investitionen best tigen und bereits ein F nftel der wichtigsten nationalen Indikatoren - Investitionen, Exporte und Produktion - ausmachen. Im Jahr 2022 startete das Land die Initiative "Ein Bezirk - ein Projekt", die darauf abzielt, neue exportorientierte Produkte zu schaffen, verwandte Industrien zu entwickeln und Importe zu substituieren. Ein weiteres Instrument f r die Entwicklung der belarussischen Regionen ist die internationale Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern auf allen Kontinenten. Und dies sind nur einige Beispiele f r die Umsetzung der Priorit ten einer multisektoralen und nachhaltigen Entwicklung. Wie diese interessanten Projekte und Programme heute umgesetzt werden, ist das Thema dieses Papiers.

In June 2024, the second National Sustainable Development Forum was held in Minsk, where it was noted that, to date, 80 percent of the so-called Agenda 2030 has already been implemented in Belarus, which allowed the republic to reach the 30th place among 166 states in the ranking of the Sustainable Development Goals. Among the priorities of the national strategy, which are successfully implemented in this context, are sustainable regions, where free economic zones of Belarus are confidently developing, confirming the status of key centers of investment attraction and forming already one fifth of the main national indicators - investment, exports and production. In 2022, the country launched the "One District - One Project" initiative, whose objectives include the creation of new export-oriented products, development of related industries, and import substitution. Another tool for the development of Belarusian regions is international cooperation with partners on all continents. And these are just some examples of implementing the priorities of multi-vector and sustainable development. How these interesting projects and programs are being implemented today is the subject of this paper.

L'Ouzb kistan est le principal partenaire du Belarus en Asie centrale. Les deux anciennes r publiques sovi tiques ont c l br le 30e anniversaire de leurs relations diplomatiques en 2023. Aujourd'hui, sur la base de nombreux faits, on peut affirmer que l'interaction entre Minsk et Tachkent conna t une p riode d' panouissement particuli re, qui atteint un niveau qualitativement nouveau et cherche trouver et tendre de nouvelles formes conjointes de coop ration pour r aliser les objectifs de la coop ration strat gique. En d cembre 2023, Samarkand a accueilli la 10e r union de la commission intergouvernementale mixte bi lorusse-ouzb ke sur la coop ration bilat rale, au cours de laquelle les deux parties ont discut de l' tat et des perspectives de l'interaction commerciale et conomique, en accordant une attention particuli re aux domaines de l'industrie, de l'agriculture et de la sant afin de doter la composante conomique du partenariat entre la Bi lorussie et l'Ouzb kistan d'un nouveau contenu pratique, d'assurer la mise en oeuvre en temps voulu des projets d'investissement et des contrats commerciaux. Apr s tout, les deux parties disposent encore d'un potentiel consid rable pour multiplier les volumes d' changes en augmentant l'offre de produits demand s sur les march s des deux pays. C'est l'objet de cette tude.

E hoje, com base em numerosos factos, pode-se argumentar que a intera o entre Minsk e Tashkent est a viver um per odo de um florescimento peculiar, que est a atingir um n vel qualitativamente novo e a procurar encontrar e expandir novas formas conjuntas de coopera o para realizar os objectivos da coopera o estrat gica. Em dezembro de 2023, Samarkand acolheu a 10a reuni o da Comiss o Intergovernamental Conjunta Bielorrusso-Usbeque sobre coopera o bilateral, durante a qual as duas partes discutiram o estado e as perspectivas da intera o comercial e econ mica, prestando especial aten o s esferas da ind stria, agricultura e cuidados de sa de, a fim de preencher a componente econ mica da parceria entre a Bielorr ssia e o Usbequist o com novos conte dos pr ticos, assegurar a implementa o atempada de projectos de investimento e contratos comerciais. Afinal de contas, as duas partes ainda t m um potencial consider vel para multiplicar os volumes comerciais atrav s do aumento da oferta de produtos procurados nos mercados dos dois pa ses. este o objeto do presente estudo.

L'Uzbekistan il partner chiave della Bielorussia in Asia centrale. Le due ex repubbliche sovietiche hanno celebrato il 30 anniversario delle relazioni diplomatiche nel 2023. Oggi, sulla base di numerosi fatti, si pu affermare che l'interazione tra Minsk e Tashkent sta vivendo un periodo di particolare fioritura, che sta raggiungendo un livello qualitativamente nuovo e cerca di trovare ed espandere nuove forme di cooperazione congiunte per realizzare gli obiettivi della cooperazione strategica. Nel dicembre 2023, Samarcanda ha ospitato la decima riunione della commissione intergovernativa congiunta bielorusso-uzbeka sulla cooperazione bilaterale, durante la quale le due parti hanno discusso lo stato e le prospettive dell'interazione commerciale ed economica, prestando particolare attenzione alle sfere dell'industria, dell'agricoltura e della sanit , al fine di riempire la componente economica del partenariato tra Bielorussia e Uzbekistan di nuovi contenuti pratici, garantire la tempestiva attuazione di progetti di investimento e contratti commerciali. Dopotutto, le due parti hanno ancora un notevole potenziale per moltiplicare i volumi degli scambi commerciali espandendo le forniture di prodotti richiesti nei mercati dei due Paesi. Questo l'oggetto del presente studio.

Usbekistan ist der wichtigste Partner von Belarus in Zentralasien. Die beiden ehemaligen Sowjetrepubliken feierten 2023 das 30-j hrige Bestehen ihrer diplomatischen Beziehungen. Und heute kann man anhand zahlreicher Fakten behaupten, dass die Interaktion zwischen Minsk und Taschkent eine besondere Bl tezeit erlebt, die ein qualitativ neues Niveau erreicht und danach strebt, neue gemeinsame Formen der Zusammenarbeit zu finden und auszubauen, um die Ziele der strategischen Kooperation zu verwirklichen. Im Dezember 2023 fand in Samarkand die 10. Sitzung der gemeinsamen belarussisch-usbekischen Regierungskommission f r bilaterale Zusammenarbeit statt, auf der beide Seiten den Stand und die Perspektiven der Handels- und Wirtschaftsinteraktion er rterten und dabei besonderes Augenmerk auf die Bereiche Industrie, Landwirtschaft und Gesundheitswesen legten, um die wirtschaftliche Komponente der Partnerschaft zwischen Belarus und Usbekistan mit neuen praktischen Inhalten zu f llen und die rechtzeitige Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten und Handelsvertr gen zu gew hrleisten. Schlie lich verf gen beide Seiten noch ber ein erhebliches Potenzial zur Vervielfachung des Handelsvolumens durch die Ausweitung der Lieferungen von Produkten, die auf den M rkten beider L nder nachgefragt werden. Dies ist das Thema der vorliegenden Studie.

Uzbekistan is Belarus's key partner in Central Asia. The two former Soviet republics celebrated the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2023. And today, based on numerous facts, one can assert that the interaction between Minsk and Tashkent is experiencing a period of a peculiar flourishing, which is reaching a qualitatively new level and seeking to find and expand new joint forms of cooperation to realize the objectives of strategic cooperation. In December 2023, Samarkand hosted the 10th meeting of the joint Belarusian-Uzbek intergovernmental commission on bilateral cooperation, during which the parties discussed the state and prospects of trade and economic interaction, paying special attention to the spheres of industry, agriculture and healthcare, in order to fill the economic component of the partnership between Belarus and Uzbekistan with new practical content, to ensure timely implementation of investment projects and trade contracts. After all, the parties still have a significant potential to multiply trade volumes by expanding supplies of products in demand in the markets of the two countries. This is the subject of this study.
